The Stroke Foundation is a charitable organisation, registered with the Charities Commission.
Funding comes from service contracts with the Ministry of Health, grants from Lotteries Grants Board and various philanthropic trusts, corporate sponsorship and fundraising. Overall Government funding is minimal.
The Stroke Foundation depends on the generosity of the community to provide support to people affected by stroke.
