Rotorua Marathon 2020

Rotorua Marathon 2020

Support us at the Rotorua Marathon 2020!

We are looking for keen supporters to walk or run and raise funds for the Stroke Foundation at the Rotorua Marathon on 26 September 2020. Register now and choose between the Marathon, Half Marathon, 10km or 5.5km race.

With your walk or run you’ll be reducing your risk of stroke by improving both your physical and mental health, and by raising funds you are supporting our 29 Community Stroke Advisors across the country, who provided over 5,500 stroke survivors with critical support in the last year.

Raise $100 or more and you'll receive one of our awesome Stroke Champion t-shirts!

The Rotorua Marathon event organisers are closely monitoring the government alert levels, and the well-being of all participants and spectators are the highest priority in regard to the Rotorua Marathon. At this stage there are no plans to cancel or postpone the event.

If Rotorua is at Alert Level 1 by 26 September, then the event will go ahead as planned. If Auckland or other parts of the country are at Level 2, the event will still proceed as long as Rotorua is at Level 1.

The current alert levels are due to be reviewed by the government by 6 September and we will provide a further update as soon as possible following the government announcement.
