Big Blood Pressure Check Vans

Our mobile blood pressure tester

Find out where you can get your blood pressure taken for free!

In partnership with Ryman Healthcare, Raymond Forbes Wilson Estate and the Estate of Ernest Hyam Davis & The Ted and Mollie Carr Endowment Trust, with support from Perpetual Guardian, we have two mobile vans which travel the country delivering free blood pressure and pulse checks to New Zealanders.

Check below to see where the vans will be testing blood pressures for free near you! The vans can visit workplaces, shops and public events to name a few. Thanks to our sponsors, there is no cost to book the van. Simply email us on strokenz@stroke.org.nz if you would like us to visit your site.

It's a project that could save lives, as high blood pressure is the number one modifiable risk factor for stroke. Once detected, high blood pressure can be managed and controlled, through regular checks, healthy living and with the help of medication where necessary.
