Fundraise for us!
Become a Stroke Champion and help people affected by stroke by fundraising at an upcoming event, or set your own challenge.
We work to prevent stroke, improve outcomes, and save lives.
Stroke is New Zealand's second single biggest killer and the leading cause of serious adult disability. Over 9,500 strokes are experienced each year - that’s one every 55 minutes - and we know that this number is going to rise by 40% in the next decade.
As an organisation that relies on 89% of funds coming from individual donors, corporates, bequests and fundraising, the support of our Stroke Champions is vital! It’s a direct result of your involvement that we're able to make an incredible difference to the lives of those affected by stroke, as well as the health and wellbeing of all New Zealanders.
